Booking rail

From deposit to on-site support

Four steps, one group, no gaps in the plan. Every step is confirmed in writing before your coach leaves Kyiv.

  1. Step 01

Reserve your seat with a deposit

Choose your festival and city, then pay a deposit of 60 EUR per person. Your place in the group is held and confirmed by email within one working day.

    Seat held
  2. Step 02

Pay the balance and receive your travel file

The balance is due 21 days before departure. Your travel file lists the meeting point, transfer times, the accommodation address and the direct number of your group leader.

    Due day 21
  3. Step 03

Meet the group and travel together

Coaches leave from the agreed meeting point in Kyiv with luggage space booked in advance, and we arrive inside the festival entrance window so nobody queues at the gate alone.

    Group transfer
  4. Step 04

Stay covered for the whole trip

Your group leader is on site from arrival to return transfer, and our team answers calls day and night for lost tickets, medical needs or a changed return time.

    24/7 support

Festival tickets are included only where we are an authorized reseller. Accommodation, group transfers and on-site support are part of every package.
